MAX Falcon-20 RGB custom programmable macropad / keypad will come in handy more often than not. Whether you’re entering data, doing calculations, or frequently using the number keys, having a dedicated Numpad can come in really handy.

With our simple and easy programming app (Yes! you won’t need any programming experience to make it happen) you can easily repurpose each key: Use it as a numeric keypad or for dedicated shortcut keys  Best of all, everything you have programmed is stored in the device itself making it so convenient to use with any supported computers.

The PCB provides up to five layers of programming so you can make it as complex or as simple as you want to.

This has revolutionized my workflow, I absolutely love it. Best peripheral purchase in recent memory. I am using the Max Falcon 20 under Linux Mint 19.2. I used a Virtualbox of Windows 10 to program it using the software provided (I was unable to get the software working under wine in Linux). Once programmed, you don't need the software running, as the settings are stored on the Falcon 20. I have set up 4 Layers that are easy to swap between (1: default numpad 2. media controls 3. macros for backups using rsync, screenshots, swapping workspaces, opening programs 4. generic function keys). Using the software to set the color of individual keys I find makes it easy to know what layer I am on, and what the keys do. Once I figured out how I wanted things set up, it sits beside my mouse ready to assist when needed. I bought the DIY kit, it was easy to assemble with a few minutes of soldering. The new base (earlier units didn't come with it) is welcome, but note this makes the leds under the pcb not much use if that matters to you. Leds for keys are nice and bright in daylight, and overall the pad is a decent size and heavy enough not to move around on my desk. I highly recommend the Falcon 20. One last thing--you can use the software to export the layers you program, so if you find you need a second one of these for work or home it should be easy to set them up with the same functionality! Nice!
A great little keypad. it was easy to assemble, and works well. I haven't set any macros up in it yet, but plan to do so in the near future.
The ordering process was quick and easy, and the products were shipped promptly. Everything is of very high quality, and the printed circuit board is well designed. This is my second Falcon-20. The first has been in operation for more than one year without any problems.
It was very easy to assemble and the first time I've soldered anything on a pcb. Only issue was I chose black translucent caps and got 19 of them with 1 solid non-translucent black one (I use it as the layer change key).
A very nice keyboard and would buy again from Max Keyboard. I bought blue keytops. Remember, your lighting effects get "filtered" by colored caps, so choose accordingly. I had hoped I could assign a single indicator to a key; that is, set a key for CAP LOCK and have the LED under it turn on what CAP LOCK is set. That's not possible. You get various lighting effects but cannot control key LEDs from your apps on a PC. Perhaps that will come on a future product. Very satisfied.
This thing is great and exceeded my expectations. I was wary to purchase the kit as this was my first attempt at soldering but the build went very smoothly and was quite satisfying. It would be nice if there was some sort of tilt option to match the keyboard I have it next to but it's not a deal breaker.

Another small nit to pick is I wish the software would show the macro name that is assigned to a key rather than just saying macro setting.

I use it for work, primarily CAD shortcuts but also some miscellaneous routine functions.
This macropad is great for a lot of things. You get mechanical keys, rgb lighting, there are 20 keys, you get to choose keycaps, and more. I do have some gripes though. Even though there are 5 profiles in the software, I wish there were more. Also, I wish there was an option to have a macro button that doesn't do anything on its own, but you can keybind it and it will do things. Also, I put mine together, and you want to be really careful with the keys, as if the pin bends, it is hard to repair. Overall great product, would recommend, but there are some software improvements that need to be made.
Easy assembly and programming! This is actually my second MAX Keyboard. Having a keyboard on my left for certain functions, with another on my right for my other functions helps speed my operations.
Works better than I had hoped for. With this I was finally able to get rid of my Corsair k95 and get something that actually worked.
LOVE this keypad. Smooth but reactive, easy to program. The layers give it a stealthy programming mode to hide your passwords as macros in the layers
